Our passion is for all learners to thrive & achieve well, but we believe we need to tackle any barriers to learning and achieving that pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds may face. At the heart of securing progress for pupils is High Quality Teaching and Learning & therefore this will always be our core purpose and core strategy to provision for disadvantaged pupils.

We aim to meet the needs of disadvantaged pupils discretely to ensure all families have a positive experience of school. We take time to reflect on the way the school works and proactively work out how to engage our families in this.

Our Governors check the progress of the school's actions towards disadvantage on a termly basis and conduct a through and detailed review into all aspects of the school's operation in this regard every 18 months.
